What does the $1.99 trial include?
Everything. The trial gives you full access to all BuzzBot features for 14 days — your own local phone number, Gmail delivery detection, voice verification, push notifications, and household members. No features are withheld during the trial.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 14 days, your subscription automatically continues at $3.99/month (or $39.99/year if you chose the annual plan). You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. BuzzBot subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my BuzzBot number if I cancel?
Your number stays assigned to your account for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, you get the same number back. After 30 days, the number may be released. We recommend updating your intercom records at your building before canceling.
Is there a free tier?
No. BuzzBot uses a real Twilio phone number and cloud servers for every account, which have ongoing infrastructure costs. The $1.99 trial lets you confirm it works with your building before committing to a subscription.
Annual vs. monthly — what's the difference?
Both plans include every feature. The annual plan ($39.99/year) saves you about 17% compared to paying monthly ($3.99 x 12 = $47.88). Both start with the same $1.99 trial.
